DOUBLE-WALLED ALVEOLAR POLYCARBONATE

Double-walled LEXAN^TM polycarbonate panels are ideal for applications where light transmission is necessary or desired. Lightweight and easy to install, they can cover walls and ceilings, indoor or outdoor. They are perfect for replacing glass panels that are heavy, difficult to handle and fragile.

- A light and versatile material, LEXAN^TM polycarbonate sheet is 10 times stronger than acrylic and 200 times stronger than glass.

- Thickness of the polycarbonate: 8 mm.

- Excellent thermal insulation.

 - One of the surfaces of the panel is treated against UV rays to prevent the polycarbonate from deteriorating, cracking, yellowing, or weakening.

- Anti-drip treatment that prevents the formation of condensation.

- Practically unbreakable, LEXAN^TM Multiwall is resistant to bad weather, hail, temperature differences, strong winds and certain chemicals (see the list of chemicals in the technical and installation guide*).

- Polycarbonate U-profile (to close the bottom and top of the panel) and H-profile (to join two panels together) for a flawless finish (sold separately).

- Sealing tape to keep cells free of dust, insects, and moisture (sold separately).

- No special tools needed to cut the panels.

- The panel can be cold-formed depending on the installation required.

- It is easy to clean polycarbonate with a pressure washer for large surfaces.

- The Clear color allows 82% of the light to pass through.

- U-value of 0.57 (ability to resist heat transfer).

- R-value of 1.75 (thermal resistance).
