Space-saving valve water trough with two drinking stations

- Having a double trough prevents jostling at water points.

- Comes with a side bracket for wall or post mounting.

- Perfect for free-stall installations. Sufficient for 30 to 40 animals. 

- With a water flow of almost 35 l/min (7.7 gal), it facilitates rapid watering of cows.

Features:

- Completely made of stainless steel.

- Valve operation via a large and smoothly running valve flap. Equipped with a weight-loaded valve, suited for high and low water pressure.

- Possibility to do a connection to a water loop circuit with specific accessories.

- Self-cleaning action: always fresh and clean water for your animals due to water flow and special design of the bowl. The feed rests are flushed by the running water and reingest by the animals at the same time.

- Covered top to prevent dirt entry.

- 3/4’’ male connection from left or right handside by inverting the float valve.

- This valve water trough can be easily installed and fixed on the wall or pipe mounting.

Options for frost protection down to -20^oC

- Heating element for easy installation under the trough.
- In order to ensure a frost-free feed pipe, a frost protection heating cable of 20 W or 30 W is recommended to be wrapped around the feed pipe. The power supply is made with a 24 V transformer. The cable is connected to the transformer in parallel with the trough's heating element.The heating cable and the water line have to be insulated, however, additionally and protected against biting.
-  For better heat distribution the water pipe has to be wrapped first with an aluminium adhesive tape.
- An on/off thermostat can be additionally installed.
- To keep water frost-free down to -35^oC in rough winters, a valve heating sleeve can be supplied for subsequent installation.

Connection to a water loop

- In combination with a connection set for 3/4" water loop, an easy integration into a water circuit is possible with this trough. For connection to a water circuit we recommend a Suevia heating unit (possibility to have a 1'' connection on special order).
- In order to prevent water in the bowl from freezing, use a heating sleeve around the valve.
