Automatic brush Easycleaner Duo for dairy cow and cattle
Suevia's Easycleaner Duo brush can be adjusted in height to suit the size of the animal, up to around 28cm. This improved version has a thicker, folded galvanized steel plate and a sturdier, more robust support.
Designed for a group of around 60 to 100 dairy cows, the Easycleaner automatic brush reduces animal stress, improves well-being and dairy performance. The brush is ideal for the fairness and comfort of around 60 cows, yet robust and capable of handling over 100 cows.
This cow brush bristles are made of robust synthetic material and are designed to remove dirt and other impurities. With a space-saving design, the cattle and livestock brush has a mechanism that works by an endless screw, that is maintenance-free.
The cattle brush can be easily and quickly installed on a wall or a post. It allows quick cleaning and meticulous maintenance of the animal's bristles.
Its start is very easy, by simple contact of the brush by the cow or other animal. The change of direction of bristle rotation is reversed per cycle at each start in order to ensure an even use of bristles. The operating time is of about approximately two minutes.
Brush overcurrent is adjustable: in case of significant resistance (e.g. A wound-up tail), the motor stops automatically and changes direction of rotation.
The brush is delivered fully assembled and ready for indoor or outdoor installation. For outdoor installation, it is recommended to install it under a shelter.
